Whether it’s Clay Shooting at Hayton Castle, Fencing at North Notts Arena or Cycling in Clumber Park, the Bassetlaw Games gives everybody the opportunity to enjoy Olympic sports right here in Bassetlaw. There are also educational and cultural events taking place, including the fantastic Bassetlaw Schools Torch Relay.
 
Ryan Roets - Gold MedallistHayton Castle Clay Shoot will be holding two days in April, Saturday 21st and 28th for members of the public to take part in clay shooting, and get a little taste of the Olympic sport and what it has to offer for only £10.00 per person. Shooting commences at 10.00 and the last slot is at 17.00 on both days. All slots are 30 minute intervals. To get in the Olympic spirit prizes will be given out to the winner of each mixed gender age group (listed below). So don't delay,  please contact Lee Campion at the shooting ground for more information and to book your place.
